Returns + Exchanges
In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we will accept exchanges on items that are still in their original condition (new, tagged, unwashed, unworn) within 5 business days of receiving your order. Those returned items that are deemed worn, untagged, washed or damaged will be sent back to you at your expense.
No refunds or exchanges on sale items under any circumstances.
Details for exchange requests should be directed to Sales@deece.co within 5 business days of receiving your order. Within 24 hours you will receive a return authorisation label, at which point you may proceed to return the product(s)

case-by-case basis and we hold the right to refuse a return if we deem the reason being unsatisfactory.
