Returns / Exchange Policy

All sales are final. In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, we may accept exchanges or store credit on items that are still in their original condition (new, tagged, unwashed, unworn).

Submit your return request to jackjolly@deece.com and we’ll get back to you asap with the next steps. Simply send us your order number and what you wish to return.

Packages returned without first contacting us will not be accepted. Deece must receive the returned item within 14 days of return authorisation.

Store Credit codes are issued for all return requests. The value of the code will be valued at the purchase price you paid in your order for the item that you have returned – unless otherwise specified by a customer service rep.

If my items are damaged, defective or incorrect:

If you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item please email jackjolly@deece.co and include (your order number, your request and most importantly, a photograph demonstrating the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item.)

The most optimal pictures are on a flat surface, with the label and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to help you with your order, and eliminate errors in future printing. Our amazing Customer Service Team will be happy to assist you.
